La maison puntava a produrre un classico, come Chanel n. 5, e ha raggiunto perfettamente la meta con Puredistance I, il naso creatore di questa fragranza è Annie Buzantian, inizialmente creò questa fragranza per se stessa come collezione privata, ma per caso le venne mostrata la filosofia del fondatore di Puredistance , Jan Ewoud Vos, sempre affascinato dalla bellezza nella sua forma più pura, nella natura, nelle persone, nel design e nell’arte. Puredistance riguarda la bellezza, la bellezza pura, ed incredibilmente corrispondeva esattamente all’idea che aveva dato vita al profumo di Annie !
A quel punto decise di far conoscere il suo capolavoro personale al resto del mondo, così prese vita Puredistance I, ormai icona della maison.
Un profumo meraviglioso lussuoso e ricco, la sua scia incanta, il suo accordo persiste nel tempo sorprendentemente, restando sempre cristallino e chiaramente riconoscibile, con il passare del tempo le note di fondo prendono sempre più corpo assumendo un accordo di maggiore rilievo, ma senza mai abbandonare il cuore floreale.
